Yin Yoga

YIN yoga will help you train a different part of the body and the mind. It will bring your focus to the deeper connective tissues that help connect your muscles and bone. We will hold poses from 3 to 7 minutes long, learning to breathe and to listen to the body.

Thursdays

5:30p.m. - 6:30 p.m. PST

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flows help build and maintain strong bones, muscles and connective tissue to maintain a high metabolism, healthy posture, and an active and alive body.
